We believe that while the resume's of our instructors are important, it is the student's resume's that are most important, as you are paying for the results of your lessons.
For over 26 years,The Village East Conservatory has become known as the "Go To" place for musicians of all levels and interests who are looking to take their music to the next level.
Since it's inception in 1983 by owner and founder Gregg Zubowicz, The Village East Conservatory continues to set the bar for excellence in music education, whether you are looking to learn an instrument for the first time, break out of a rut, or train for a Major professional career in music, we have an instructor that will be dedicated to getting you there with patience and inspiration.
We also place student's in bands for performance opportunities, and are currently sealing the deal on a joint effort with a Major recording studio to have our students participate in writing and recording sessions.

Congratulations and best wishes to good friend and former Village East Student Gordon Brown (pictured above) on his company The All Hour Entertainment Group.
As well as being the guitarist and songwriter for such bands as Mr. Reality (Capitol/SBK Records), and Highway Nine (Sony Records), Gordon also helped pioneer the hugely successful Writers In The Raw series, and has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in rock, including Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Bob Dylan, Dave Matthews and others.
